Get to Know Me *
A native of the East Coast, I now live in Colorado and adore it! I am pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and hope to become a Clinical Therapist specializing in trauma, nervous system regulation, and child and adolescent therapy. Exploding with passion for spirituality, social action, and the inclusion of the LGBTQ+, chronically ill, minority, and disabled communities, finding the common humanity in us all is the sweet spot I seek. In my written work and on my social media, you’ll see I am a part of a few of those communities myself, and strive to create more belongingness for us all! I find solace in nature, warm drinks, mindful walks, and connection with those I love the most.
